day started out good enough

coffee
bath

then devolved in self-pity and rage
sat through 3 mind-numbing hours of class

things dont seem so bad now

my shoulder hurts and i have to empty the camera and start again

i dont think it was class that made my bad mood away, maybe it was food. i often forget to eat
