OMG!!That's really awful,I can't believe that thing (he doesn't deserve to be called a man) is allowed to be free and get away with such acts but than again there are many evil people out in the open getting away with whatever.Disgusting.

My only advice for jogging is to go for a drive in a car if a person needs to get out and use a treadmill at home or a gym to exercise or jog in a mall in the morning where there are other people and security cameras and of coarse there is strength in numbers to jog only with friends and as you said a cell phone.


...now I worry for you ARRR!!!.Stay home ok!!
