You're right, to stop smokin' is really hard! I tried it too, and after 10 years of smoking I reached to not smoke during the weed! But on week-ends with friends and alcohol it's just impossible!...at least for me!

The city i live in has one of the highest murder rates per capita in the country. A few months ago a man waited outside of the bank where his wife worked, shot her in broad daylight, drove away, and was never caught for it.
People are always blaming video games or the media or rap music or this or that or the other thing for the horrible things people do. But I think it's a society as a whole and people as individuals who don't put nearly enough emphasis on the importance of treating other people right. I think the US tends to be worse as a very capitalistic country because it's a system that's based on greed and being self-serving. I hate it.
But I don't really think there's any fixing it. There's no perfect system and there will always be bad people. Who knows. Maybe some day the world will learn a lesson.

I think, once in HS, I tried to get straight A's, but wound with 4 A's and one B. Man I was pissed. Despite all that, I think it's still possible.
I can't even remember when my daddy said that he was proud of me. He said a buncha other things, some I can barely remember, but he once sat me down and said that he was proud of me.
Just so you know: ACORN, several other community groups and a shitload of pissed off immigrats marched downtown Chicago on Friday to protest the "Sensenbrenner Bill" that'll impose tougher penalities on illegal immigrats and the people who employed them. I posted pics in my journal if you wanna see. Man it was fucking fantastic!
