New Orleans was absolutely magical when I went. Made it down there during the Jazzfest, so there was music everywhere (though I've been told it's always like that) I spent hours in the French Quarter, drinking community coffee (YUM!) walking from bar to bar, checking out all the cool little shops (found this book store where I got Virgil's complete works, in latin, and the books were published in the 1800s. Wonderful find)

It was a life changing experience really. If I thought I could make a living writing, I'd move there in a heartbeat.

yeah I ma - it was a year in september but since it was workers comp it took 6 months to get an MRI and then 4 more months to get it read properly and then I was treated. I was not bad enough to have surgery or anything, I just took steroids and got 3 epidural steriod injections. All better now

Thanks honey! I keep forgetting that it is sunday and I have anataomy at 8am. I would so rather go to the dentist too than go to that class! Have a glass of wine for me, I am trying to be good and cutting out carbs to loose the 30 pounds I gained from rupturing a disk in my back.
