i grew up listening to the cure and the smiths and the pogues and the clash and the sex pistols and depeche mode and bauhaus and so on and so on... so yeah, every once in a while, i actually CRAVE the smiths. helps me sleep. helps me feel kind of gloomy with a little smile. i've not felt like writing much lately. not about anything. feeling pretty apathetic. could probably write about that, if i gave a shit. as you know, nothing lasts forever - not even this mood. be well.

thank you for yet another kind comment. really, i just type what comes into my head and let it be... it's that no censorship thing. i apply it strictly when doing a stream of consciousness like that. anyway, i'm born a virgo, though most astrologers are baffled by that. even my friend who does both traditional and greek astrology can't seem to fit me in anywhere. maybe i really have been around forever? sure feels like it. ;o)

some sacrifices are meant to be made to make way for far better things. Some things are meant to be. Like you said, you win some you lose some. Maybe the bigger picture is for you to risk it and hopefully take the band to a successful path.. or.. it may be to establish yourself first with finances. Life normally would reveal which is needed at such and such time.

Though when I was in Peru Illinois, that was the place where EVERYONE shopped.. the Mall right across from it was so EMPTY.. well, except for Sears, cuz they had heavy duty equipment for the rednecks. Anyways, I naturally was drawn to the blue light and went inside to mingle with the other 'roaches' who never knew for sure if those doors would always just 'open and close'.. maybe one day they wont open.. trapped inside watching every DVD in the place, listening to every CD, munching on cereal while the Rednecks of the bunch decide to attempt freeing the rest of us by marching up to the door in full Walmart Camo.. with Camo hats the works. And me? Ill be the one in the security room watching and working the cameras with two cases of pop(soda for you East Coasters ) and one of those large tubs of popcorn. Anyways haha.. yea, everytime I come out of that place I always feel like "Im FREE!" ..course then Im walking to my car in a nice cobalt glow.. radiation?

regarding the consequences... i was thinking of it in a more spiritual sense. that when we are in accord with nature... our own nature, and that of which we are a part, our actions cannot help but do no harm. and when we let go of the expectations related to our actions, like hoping that handshake and smile will get you the job, then we find that the actions simply work. this is a very A. Crowley/Thelema idea, and also a long-held tennent of Hinduism - probably not exactly what you make of things.
