Man I'm pissed. I just saw on the news how in China, due to some sort of rabies regulation which requires dog owners (or sellers) to pay a large fee, dog owners are paying vets to remove their dogs' vocal cords ( it's so they won't bark and give away the fact that an unliscenced dog lives there)!
