Don't worry, you didn't sound "like a bitch." Its a common theme I hear from people that have been married before, but are not now. I hear the opposite from people that are still together though. So it depends which a person wants to hear. In my case, I like hearing both sides.

I think astrology had become almost a self fulfilling prophecy. Most people are familiar with the traits that their signs are supposed to have and I think, even when they don't believe in it, a lot of people subconsciously develop those traits in response.

Romance only invented a few centuries ago? The Greeks and Romans often spoke of romantic love. I think it is more accurate to say that romantic love has only recently been as glamourized as it is now. Also that a resurgance occured after a period of time when any type of passionate emotion was discouraged.

I didn't see a friend request. I can only assume you canceled it. That's a shame. I find you interesting as well and can always use another friend.

I wish I had a roommate that was a pirate too. I am sure that would be much cooler than the roommates I have. Although the youngest one isn't too bad. She has a very fresh perspective on things.

Well, now I am almost afraid to post. I always worry that my combination of home schooling and self education has left me woefully ignorant of the finer points of grammer, punctuation etc.

So try to forgive any grevious errors you may find. Or pretend they are typos. That works for me too.
