I'm not a fan of conflict, but when it is there I'd rather face it head on. So many in my life want to put off the conversations to resolve them. I totally agree with you about having it out face to face or on the phone. Each time I've had a disagreement over text/im/email/etc, it winds up 100x worse because of misunderstandings and assumptions. Hope you find your peace in the solace.
