I used my brand new clutch pencil for the time time on these sketches, and found it to be quite good. I have been using wooden pencils for so long that it might take me a while to adjust. I really enjoyed todays set, @alissa photographed @rancor beautifully, which inspired me to spash some colours about a bit ;)

Struggled with this one :(

Having two different models posing together is challenging as it makes the measurements really important (so you don't end up with incongruities in scale between the two figures) and I don't like to spend too long measuring. I tend to be more intuitive which has a tendency to snowball minor errors into huge problems... and twice the number of limbs

I can't be the only person who thinks that @mel and @gemmaedwardsuk are a match made in heaven? Two of my favourites creating this set, I was spoiled for choice with great poses to study.

I tried to squeeze in a little painting time to one of the doodles, but ran out of time before I could work on the bottom half of Mel's pose.

I can only think of one word to describe @myca -- WOW.

I wish I had more time to spend on Myca's set, particularly to do some painting, but I am afraid I am out of time for today and still have 3 or 4 other sets to do before I am caught up! There are some lovely poses on this set, with lots of

A really beautiful and creative set from @gogo - I really loved the cosy mise en scene of this set, hence the little doodle at the beginning with more background elements than I usually look at :P

No painting on this one, as I am trying to catch up with some of the most remarkable photosets that I missed whilst I was poorly...!

No updates for a while since I have been poorly, and I haven't been able to do any art :'(

I didn't do the Sketch of the Day from today's Set of the Day, because whilst I was poorly one of my all time favourite models @lucyv was the set of the day.... and I didn't want to miss her out!!

I love this set,

Another amazing set, I loved @yuxi posing with the mirror... even though it gave me a bit of a headache trying to draw reflected poses in proportion and perspective :S

Wow what a pose! It was a bit intimidating at first, but when I saw it I knew I had to draw it! It's always frustrating when models are posing on big soft beds..... it might look great, but it means there are less hands/feet to draw :P @linnova is a beautiful and colourful lady, I am very disappointed that I didn't get more time

Loads of ace poses to choose from today, just a pity that I ran out of time before I could do some of the later ones :( thanks @satelina

I really enjoyed drawing @axys today! So many slinky full length poses, and cute bunched up little poses too! It always really helps to produce a tonal drawing when the lighting is so lush! Thanks to all involved :D

You just got a new fan ^^

I didn't have as much time as usual today, I found sketching @Blur to be quite challenging. There were some great foreshortened poses in today's SOTD!
