Are place is so hot too! I actually had to shave on of the cats because she just walked around moaning. Now she lies right infront of the fan with her pretty new haircut.

Costco has a pretty wicked fan for about $40, it has saved my life

I feel excatly the same way. I wish I could live somewhere where the temp gets no higher that 15 and no lower than 5, I just don't think that place exists.

if you can handle spicy hot foods, that would be best... raising your body tempreture will help literally burn out whatever is wrong in your system.

buckleys can also help somewhat as well.

don't drink any alcohol (kills your immune system), or smoke anything.

and drink LOTS of water.
