I am going to asume you are refering to how to post a picture on you'r journal page?Well here is how in seven easy steps:1-you must have pictures in you'r picture foulder on this site.2-open up a foulder of pictures and select a picture you like.3-right click on the picture you have selected to post on you'r journal that should bring up options for that picture at the bottom of the option window next to the picture you have selcted it will say properties.4-A new information window will open and say URL# in about the middle of the info window(for example-su1ci de gr. c0m/numbers and/bla/bla/bla/# thumb .jbh).5-Only write down the same as in the example I gave(not the exact samething but what ever you'r numbers and crap is)on a pice of papper.6-Now go to you'r journal page and click on imagebutt on(I am leaving a space to hopefully avoid opening a L1nk page)next to all the smilly faces.7-Click on the Explor user prompt and tipe in the info from the papper(like in my example)Leave out the _Thumb part at the end and put .j p g (without the spaces) and there you have it an imag e!
