I take birth control, and i have on and off since i was 16. I told my friend i had lost my virginity, she freaked out, and took me in to the family planning clinic to get me onto birth control. I was worried. The first kind of pill was way too strong and made me feel bad, then i switched, and i felt copacetic. Plus, my periods were a lot shorter and less painful. So i don't think pills are that bad. You just have to remember to take them.
