How this is a Law is that if you are standing in front of the Sign and obviously reading it than that is a violation of the Law and is punishable by a $0.01 Fine that must be paid within 90 days or face time in Jail. This is a Law to keep People that actually want to go to Jail from engaging in Violent Crime and or destroying other People's Property. Some People want to go to Jail because than they have a place of residence to call Home, have access to the Prison Library, Gym, Toilet, Shower and most of all to receive care in the horrible Prison Medical and Dental System and best of all to gain free Internet access as well as use of Cable Television. Crazy? I actually know a Man that intentionally went to Jail just to get all his rotten teeth removed by a Prison Dentist. The Man already had his Drivers License revoked for 5 years and by Florida Law if you have a Prison Dentist do Dental Work on your Teeth and do not pay for the procedure within a certain time limit than they will revoke your Drivers License for 1 year ... Haha he had $3,000.00 worth of dental work done and his License was already revoked for 5 years and so there is nothing they can do to him.
