So, been awhile since I've been here...why do I have these stints where I don't come here then all of a sudden I'm here all the time? 
Anyway, for anyone who might read this, I did ask out the wonderful Miss Chrissy from my work. I got a resounding...
...maybe. I think she's interested, but she's just unsure of it or something like that. I'm usually not too bad with reading body language or someone's general attitude about something, I think I would notice if she was having some huge objection to the idea. In fact, she seems to me to be even more friendly to me now than she was before...so here's hoping. My friend Rachel's got my back on this one, it's nice to have a female opinion of it that jives with my own.
Also, here at my 'full-time' weblog, I've been doing some writing. Something based off of a short story I wrote way back when in high school, turning out pretty well. Search for Grendel and it should come up. Only a couple of chapters so far.
