I'm taking Seattle over St. Louis in todays game.

Holmgren has had a hard time with his team underachieving this year, but talent wise they are still the superior team to Martz's overconfident Rams. I like Hasselbeck more than I do Bulger, and if you can rattle Marc you can force him into a multiple interception game. With Seattle's high powered offense they could put alot of points on the board if Bulger doesnt play smart. Shaun Alexander should be a threat in todays game - like always - running the ball and chipping in at least one key reception, and I think Seattle's TE corps might shock the smaller Rams linebackers on at least one deep play. Stevens is looking kind of bust-like, but he has the athletic ability to make a big play on the Rams soft D unless they put that Tianomosoto or whateverthefuckhisnameis on him. The Rams, like always, have a good offense, but to me it seems to be more of a last gasp. Every year they have gotten a little less lethal, a part falls off here, chips away there, and now instead of great, they are just good. I think if anyone has a good day running on the Hawks it will be Stephan and not Marshall, and Bruce and Holt should have problems vs a very good Seattle corner crew. Trufant is a personal favorite of mine, it will be fun to see him line up vs Holt.

I know STL has taken Seattle twice this year, but I dont think it will happen a third time.

I say Seattle 31, St.Louis 17.

I'll tell ya what I think of the other game later (GB vs MIN) but I think Green Bay will whoop on them. Tice has just enough in him to coach the talent to wins, but they always crumble when the going gets tough.

It was a bit of a shock for us too, considering a) I vowed never to get married again and b) Li never thought she would get married (I don't understand that one at all, between you and I!) but it happened, it feels right, and so there you go. Yeah, if you would have won it would have been one of the biggest upsets of the year. It was pretty much Ravens D vs the entire team of New England, and Bellicheck just eats QBs for breakfast, lunch, and dinnah.

I have just had this urge to go to Australia for the past several months, and I keep running into more and more peeps from there vacationing and they are some of the coolest peeps I have ever met. I love that odd sense of humor they have, and how they just cut down anyone whom gets too big of a head - sounds like a nation of me.

So I decided, when summer approaches this year I will go to Australia instead of the planned trip to UK with some friends.

So has the Pro-Boller turned the corner or what? Rather surprised with him here lately.

Did you ever watch the show 'Titus'? I had a quick flashback to that show with your journal; They are in a warehouse they are about to turn into a car garage and all the sudden a rat the size of a cat comes out of nowhere and the camera switches to 'rat cam' and it is all terminator and shit. Was mega funny.

I hear you -- work is all-consuming for both of us as well. Sucks, huh? Nah, we have no off-season; as soon as the USA ends, the rest of the planet heats up. Sigh!

I waited for about an hour...and I was in the short line at my polling station. There was a 3 hour line for most people.

I am so pissed off at Ohio right now - you don't even know. Issue 1 passed...ridiculous. The smoking ban in Columbus passed...annoying. Half of America thinks Bush is doing well enough to have another 4 years...absurd. *sigh*

Last time I ate ice cream was this incredible honey pistachio ice cream at the North Market...I could go for some right now. Damn you.

Well, I guess we both lose, huh?
