yeah well...

I went to this awesome show friday. My friend rich and I went to go see BATTLE!. they played with this shitty band that went on first...I never got there name. it was the first time I saw almost nobody pay attention to a band. they where a bunch of kids playing some metal/hardcore mess. I remeber they where posing, and doing stupid stuff. there music wasn't all that great, it was generic stuff you would hear playing on the radio or something. I'll give them one thing though, at least they knew the crowd wasn't intrested, and they did comment about that a bunch of times, but they still played and enjoyed themselfs. then battle went on, my friend ben's little brother is the singer for battle. I saw them a while back and now they have a CD out and god damn they where better then the last time I saw them. they where awesome, I hope things just keep getting better for them. I was talking to the bass player after they played and he asked me if I was going to stick around for the last band. I wasn't but he told me they where this awesome euro-metal sounding band. I stayed, and holy shit...they where fucking great. they where called behead the romantic. another awesome gainesville band. after that was dennys and then to bed.

that was basicly the highlight of the weekend. it was great. I drank lots of PBR. uh-huh....
