so yeah, now its official. I work for E-One....just got done w/ two days of orientation, which was kinda oh-hum. I gotta admit, everything some ex-employees told me about that place is bullshit. I'm saying this now, I haven't been on the floor yet, but from what I learned about the company...It seems pretty damn good. I got a whole lot of benefits and perks, and I'm already respected by the head welding engineer and my supervisor. They have there shit together over there, and I hurd rumors about some upper management redundancies, and it happened. there are new people in upper management, and I've talked to some of them and they seem pretty cool. The president of the company is also new, he started this past wensday...I wonder if he gets a 90 day probation...anyway, he came from America La France which is also a Fire Truck and Emergency vechiel maker. I'm looking forward to monday. hehe, yeah. so now I'm working at one of the best shops in ocala, and its awesome. and what makes me feel better about my job is that what I'm making saves lifes.
There is this one other guy that was in the orientation that is going to be starting with me on monday and works the same shift as I after our training. He seems pretty cool, he is layed back and always chimes in with the sarcastic remarks which makes things a little more comfortable for me. There was this one welder thats a woman. she is going over to the body plant though...she is cute, more like a MILF really. she seemed kinda disappointed that we where going to be working in different plants, but I'll see her around. I'm going to be looking forward to seeing some old friends I made over there when I worked over at O-Fab. Ohhhh....and I hope Jackie still works there. she was one of the cutest girls that worked in shipping, and her and I would flirt all the time. I miss talking to her and wendy. Wendy was awesome, I hope to see her again also. hehe...and there was this one other hot chick that was a rigger....eh, there all over at the body plant though, and there 1st shift. ah well...
