man talk about a stupid day. work sucked, i got stuck with a whole bunch of shopbitch work and then a shitload of hot parts needed to get delivered on top of it. i recently been promoted but demoted at the same time....its kinda hard to explain. I got a bunch of responsibilitys i had goto other people, mainly unexperenced people and got stuck with there work with my main new responsibility. I basilcy schedule work for the welders in my shop and keep them working. but i'm back to doing prep work which is the lowest of the low....everyone else thinks there too good to do it, and i'm stuck with it because someone has to get it done. that and the main prep guy is having some complex about me telling him what to do since i am the youngest guy at the shop and a majority of the workers have that southern redneck mentallity of there always right no one will listen to me. except for a couple of the welders that i have proven to them that i know what i'm doing and earned there respect. i'm just pissed about how they pulled me off the floor and replaced me with somebody that doesn't have a clue about welding or quaility control.....if they cut my pay and gyp me out of my raises i'm just gonna leave, i almost just walked out today....my supervisor is a moron and knows nothing about management. i just told him to go fuck himself today and clocked out.
