we just goodbye to our friends blossom and jon, who were visiting because jon's in a group show down at raid projects until aug 25th. he has 3 pieces in the show, but "el malvado" is the best thing in the gallery and a must to see in person. try to make it down there if you're in LA. jon's been a drummer in helmet, a tatoo artist, and an elementary school teacher. his paintings are finally getting the attention they deserve. he's also in a group show in ny tho i don't have those details.
also on the promo tip, my friend boston will be in "beautiful morning" for six weeks starting next saturday. should be great.
