I don't judge cuz I've felt what you feel. And so I know you can and will get oast these thoughts to a better place. In fact I'm proud of you for sharing them with us. It takes courage and to me is indicator that hope still burns in your heart. Stay strong man and hold on to whatever you have to hold on to while the storm rages. The storm will pass and you will find yourself stronger for it.

Dude, no matter what you do, if you hurt yourself you WILL hurt your daughter. I have 2 man and do NOT do that to her. I can never understand exactly what you'r feeling because I'm not you, but I can say that you really can't do anything to yourself, for her sake if not for your own

WHen you for something you like about yourslef, think of your little girl because she's part of you and always will be.
