This girl I know asked me out a while ago, and for certain reasons, unti recently, I have said no. But I finally called her up and said sure. So I'm going on a first date tomnight... Needless to say dating hasn't woked out for me. I do all I can to impress but alas i keep getting thrown in the dupster, so to say. I feel like maybe I'm too tense or something. I have about 4 hours between the end of class and when my date starts and my car broke down on the way to school yesterday so I can't really go do anything. So I will be either sitting in my sisters apartment doing nothing or across the street at my bar (2 hours of which will be happy hour and $2 drafts). I have never gone this rout before but should I put a buzz on before my date with said cheap beer? Or do you think it would be best to stay good and sober?

p.s. Wish me luck... after this past week I've had, I could use it.

p.p.s. How do you go on a date and have it go well when someone else is on your mind?
