I love the irony of S&M... last night I lay on the couch in absolute agony my shoulder burning with almost arthritic pain..... hot water bottles... contant deep heat.... immobilised from the right side....

damn slave... he beat me.. he won.... after 120 full blown cane strokes I couldnt do it anymore.... he wanted more... my shoulder crapped out on me.....

My right knee is still fucked from wearing my shoes so much... I need a spa and a massage.... my body feels like a punching bag this week. I get so physically exhausted sometimes from my job.... Thursdays going to be me day... I'll get a full body massage and some reflexology and I'll go and eat a big breakfast in the city.......
