I haven't had tofutti in forever! I love how smooth and creamy it is. But, my dear, it is hardly diet food! So much oil. I was a vegan for over a decade but than a native american woman talked me into eating salmon with her and her tribe. Everything changed for me after that and I felt like my body was screaming "MEAT!" Still, unless I kill it myself or find roadkill I mostly go vegan. Interesting huh? Vegan unless I kill it!
