Interesting thing about discrimination - is the more hidden the disability the more advanced the methods of discrimination. The more subtle the prejudice. There is a theory in Psychology that of the Authoritarian Personality. These tend to be excessively guilty and rigid people. In the west were we don't allow death camps so they frequently graduate to the professions. They need to be within an organisation to function. They need the organisation and the group to weild power. If you look at them closely there is a greyness about them, I don't mean sprightly very much alive senior citizens. In the end of the day what they fear most is being exposed as simply being mediocre. There is a lack of creativity in their thought processes. Unfortunately any complex society needs beaurocrats.
