I decided that i still need to keep a strong source of protein in my diet since i dont eat enough of the protein rich meat alternatives in my day. Almost passed out earlier and i still feel kind of weak, had some chicken and almonds trying to get myself to balance back out. Pretty sleepy and light headed though.
