I can't seem to get out of this mental fog, can't really get psyched up to get back to work since we're going to be running a skeleton crew for the next month or so. I just have to say that it's fucked up when you get paid salary because you dont get paid for all the extra hours work you have to put in when they call you in. I'm working 20 extra hours next week and dont confuse this for being ungrateful for having a job because believe me I am, it's just that I wont be seeing a single bit of compensation for those twenty hours of work and it's bullshit.
