The body aches, the head hurts, swallowing anything is impossible, the nose is running and problems on problems seem to pile up.
I feel like it's life's little Way of knocking us down a peg or two, for us to feel completely vulnerable and being sick to see how we get though things we take for granted and the people in our lives as well. I guess you could say it's a humbling experience.
For the interactive portion, I'd like to hear how you guys deal with a good flu the common cold and all the above. What are your tips and tricks that seem to ease the pain. I think seeing is how I am not feeling the best. Hence this delayed blog post. I think it has just got me to realize how important I think life is and how much we take for granted.
Or on the other hand do we push ourselves so much that we are hurting ourselves instead of living life the way it was intended to be lived.
Are we grinding so much that we're missing life as it is passing us by?We're working a couple of extra hours more, not taking a break and going on that midday walk with the sun, shining on our face, or spending a couple of bucks Treating yourself to a midday work week meal at a restaurant.
