Noone seems to think this is a big deal:
on thursday, october 19, my friend amanda anaesthetized one of these:

and then I (with my buddy Jon's assistance) cut her open,
and removed her ovaries and uterus:

Then we sewed her back up. We turned off the anaesthesia machine,
And she woke up!
And the next morning her stiches weren't swollen, and she was
happy and walking around!
I think this is pretty awesome.
