I don't know if it's going to be as much of a rip on the president's actions as some people might hope. It's kind of like back in 2001 when Trey and Matt made "That's My Bush", people tried to paint it as being anti-Bush, when it really wasn't even a political show. It was meant to make fun of sitcom formulas.
Look at South Park. The show has been pro-animal rights, pro-gay rights, anti-hate crime legislation, pro-big business, pro-war and anti-war (in the same episode), anti-environmentalism, anti-abortion-on-demand, pro-stem cell research, pro-big tobacco etc. They don't want to get tied to one side. I've always gotten a libertarian, but more right-leaning vibe from them. Who knows...I leave you with this quote from Trey.
"We hate conservatives. But we fucking hate liberals."

The most remarkable head sculpts belong to the other bad guys in the film. “Actually,” said Trey, “they’re not bad. They’re just really really stupid and misguided.” They’re an organization of Hollywood liberals who are determined to stop Team America from interfering in the affairs of international politics. Alec Baldwin, Susan Sarandon, Sean Penn, and a permanently mustard-stained Michael Moore are just a few of the celebrities who are going to feel well and truly roasted when they see this film. Even seeing the heads without the film’s puppeteers bringing them to life, they are frighteningly accurate and bitingly funny.
This is going to rock so hard...I can't wait.
