so i might be buying a house. i got the money to put down on it but i don't know if i could make the payments on it. this house has a basement apartment witch i could still rent so i might be in good shape. the house needs some work to it and if it comes down to it i could get a roommate and maybe a second job. i hope this thing works out i really like the area. but if anyone does read this and need a aptment on long island let me know i might have on avail next month.
