Democracy is so dead. Today we lost this case, which is something I've been following for a long time, and did a paper on it for one of my classes. This case was so clear cut, I dont know how it lost. The laws the federal government uses as a loophole to be able to police states using the DEA are fucking clearly not eligible to be in control of a state-allowed medical program, as the marijuana doesnt LEAVE THE FUCKING STATE. This isn't about "fuck Bush" anymore. This is about fuck the United States government for ignoring its own people and its own laws. If we wanted centralized power WE WOULDN'T HAVE BROKEN OFF FROM ENGLAND IN THE FIRST PLACE. So many people died for the sole reason that our country wouldn't be like this. I am so fucking pissed off right now.
