yeah, my girl decided to go on the south beach diet, and to be honest, i could stand to loose a few pounds (trying to get back to my skinny high school weight), so i figured if we did it together we would be more successful..

it's not really low carb, except for the first two weeks... after that, it's all whole grain bread and no refined sugars, which seems pretty healthy to me anyway i i fugre i should probably get healthy at some point before all of my self abuse catches up to me...

i know what you mean about not stopping once you start... i'm the ssame way..

oh man! i missed hells kitchen! yeah i love that show too...

anyway, don;'t worry about what other people think of you, just be you, and people will like you omore because of it, or at least the cool people will... everyone else is not worth your time...

I with ya...I want to move to cali also...the only thing that would hold me back is family, being that my mom and grandma are here, and i've always been near my grandma, it'd be hard to leave with limited time left with her.....so i can understand your situation....but i tend to follow my head....but whatevers best for you
