My roommate brought home a dog last night... it's the sweetest thing ever except for its not house trained and I really dont need another dog right now. Today will be a day of finding this nice dog a new home and continuing to find its owner if theyre even looking for it. First thing is finding a place with one of those chip scanner reader things to see if shes been chipped.

CHIP YOUR DOG!, she has a collar but nothing to identify her owners.
