Well, so I'm FINALLY starting to feel better. Geez, I was sick for about 10 days. Ridiculous! I don't think I've ever been sick that long in my entire life. I sure am glad it happened while I was here in the jungle working, instead of home where I could lie in bed all day and get pampered by my lovely wife (who would probably even put on a sexy nurse outfit for me). So nothing really new or exciting has happened this week. Not that anything THAT exciting has happened at all in the last few months, but I suppose "excitement" is a relative word... I went shooting for a while this afternoon, after I woke up. (I had been up working for the last 48 or so) It felt good, probably going to go again tomorrow. Bought some Xmas presents online for the wife, even though we told each other we weren't sending gifts this year. Xmas without gifts is unacceptable. I'm Atheist, so I take no stock in the religious aspect of the season, but I'll always embrace another opportunity to buy her things, and get some stuff bought for me as well. What I need to do now is Skype with my daughter again, and make some sense of the 4 PAGE Amazon wish list she sent me! I'm sorry, but at 6 years old, you don't need a 60G iPod touch. Damn, I don't even have one of those... The countdown continues: Approx 7 weeks until I get to see my sexy wife again! I look forward to being home again, even if it is freezing cold there. She'll keep me warm... Later!
