Ah the wonders of video games...and the despair of a great series falling by the wayside... Speaking of Gothic 4 Arcana... apparently the American release didn't do so hot and now I know why...

So I played the first 2 ages ago by...*cough* acquiring them through alternative means...but that's okay cause they weren't translated into english at that time...think they were german actually...but anyway I digress.

So I remember them with great fondness and replayed them a couple times as is my normal.. years down the road..I discover they made a 4th one... I was like WTF...so I at first being the completionist that I am sought out the 3rd one...couldn't find a copy of it so read lots o wiki shit for plot ectra...and bought the 4th one...

Boy has it been disappointing... not only does the story make little to no sense at times, either they did a horrible job translating it or the dialogue is just messed the hell up.. not sure which...and the controls are also horrid... had to heavily reconfigure them...thank the gods for that atleast... Well I'm going to finish playing it just because I bought it and refuse to give up on it...but hopefully the next Elder Scrolls lives up to expectations...and so to make up for this horrid game..
