So I should know better, to be sure, but I think I'm crushing a bit on this waitress I met. She's beautiful, has a lot of personality and after talking to her I think we have a lot in common. We think we know each other and I think I know from where. We really hit it off when we were talking but she wouldn't give me her number. She made it sound like it was because of work. She's a waitress at a strip club, I could totally see why her employer wouldn't want her giving her number to customers. Maybe that's why she shut me down. Or she thought I was nice but wasn't interested. That's more likely. She's really pretty, and that's a bit out of my league. I gotta be real here, I'm not a bad guy, but I'm not much to look at. In any case I'm giving her one more shot to be persistent and we'll see how that goes. Trouble with waitresses is you can never really trust them when they flirt or seem interested because they're usually just going for a good tip. Ah well. Least I talked to her.
