These last few weeks have been crazy. Draining. Up and down. All over the place. Not much down time. Until now? Relationships. Job. Lack of job. I've laughed. I've cried (click on the "Listen" link). It's been a bit overwhelming at times.
Today felt productive. I ate lunch with my family up in the 'burbs. I met a recruiter i nicknamed "Captain Distraction" (which says a lot coming from me). The job situation is looking up. There are some interesting things in the works. Perhaps. I just needed to relax and wait for things to come around. I might have to wait a little longer.
I shouldn't worry. I always figure it out. Through all the crazy times, unemployment, etc., over the last few years i've managed to keep my condo (among other things) and stay relatively sane. I've been able to travel.
Life is rich.
I'm still working things out of course. Some things are ending and other things are beginning. So it goes.
I'm pretty proud of my mix below. Ok, REALLY proud. I gave it to my "friend" before i went to Iceland. It's damn good. I put a lot into it. Maybe a little to much.
