To meet a friend for a bite
And a beer on the rooftop
Almost midnight and i'm on my own

Off to the club
Chat a girl outside
Having a smoke
Then another
Invites me on the dancefloor
She reminds me of a friend and lover
And says she's a dancer

A ski on the sidewalk
Her brother and girlfriend
Then two Australians
Chino arrives
To take away our comfort
And send us home
Or wherever we are staying tonight
