A wise man once said "If you put a face on it, you can beat it" What if that face is your own? A man can beat himself battered and bruised, slam himself into the walls of denial till his eyes swell shut and he becomes blind to his own self destruction. No one can beat us up or down like we can, because we know how to hit ourselves where it truly hurts.
