My official platform 2003 California recall election:
1- Marijuana and Crack will be legalized for sale to anyone over
the age of 11, aswell as those underage who have serious
medical conditions which warrent their use.
2- Republicans will no longer be aloud to vote.
3- Anyone with an SG sticker on there vehicle may drive as fast as they
want, *as drunk as they want, park where ever they want (including handicap)
furthermore all carpool lanes will become SG lanes!
*ok. they can only drive drunk in their own driveways
4- There is absolutely nothing wrong with sex in public!
5- The governor will not for any reason be under the influence of drugs
or alcohol between the hours of 7:00am and 7:10am, except on weekends
6- The Liutenant gov. will be a sock puppet.
