most of the time I'm on autopilot...
like when I'm driving, I do everything automatically...all the turns and lane changes...I'm thinking about something else and I drive with no troubles.
Or if I'm writing an exam...I do most things automatically and I can be thinking about something else.
It's almost like I'm dreaming most of the time. Since I don't do drugs I don't know how many other people experience this but because I'm usually dreaming I don't experience many things. For instance, I have a pretty high threshold for pain...when I'm not here. Example: I was playing squash and I got hit on the side of the head with the ball...I just kept going...then during the game I got into a situation that I hadn't been in and I woke up and the pain hit me like a freight train.
When I'm driving I will wake up once in a while when I get to a place that requires attention, or if I'm in a new area...so most things happen on automatic...except for conversations.
When it comes to people...full attention on them...why? because people are interesting and since I plan on being their dictator someday I should make sure I know their strenghts and weaknesses.
But...the reason I mention this dream state is that every once in a while I snap back to reality (like once or twice a day) and things seem a bit strange and I watch something and that triggers the next stage. Perhaps I'm too creative for my own good?
Anyhow...I'm in a reality phase right now and the cat smiley icon is about to set me off on another journey...
