School is almost done, went to one of my classes today and nobody showed up...strange...did the secret santa thing (secret SATAN) and that was fun...did lots of running and ultimate playing. Apparently, one of our competitors moved to Norway for 4 months so that he could train in the cold. He can play for 8 hours (stopping every hour for water), eat a gigantic meal, visit the facilities, goto bed, wake up and visit the facilities again, eat another large meal, and then he'll repeat the cycle.
So to combat that my team has decided that I too must start his type of training (for our match in -25 degree (celsius) weather)...NOT GOOD. I mean, 8 hours of running, that's 4 more than now and where am I gonna get 4 hours to do that? Somethings gonna have to go.
In other news, I got a job offer from Motorola, can't take it...my friend started a company and I own 50% because I'm providing many of the funds. He got his first contract yesterday and he contracted some of it to me so that'll be good.
I got 3 grand out of nowhere...just pooof...out of nowhere...actually, it came from some code I wrote for Nokia...so I'm wondered where to put that money...and it went to...pay my friends tuition for next term. She has no family (lost her parents 3 months ago and they were both only childs) and so she couldn't work to make the money...so I paid it for her. I also got her a job at the place where I work so that she can enough in the next month and a half to pay for rent, clothes, food and all the other neccesities.
I bought a toy dump truck $20 from radioshack and played with it for an hour. Then the speaker got too annoying so I took the truck apart. It's infrared controlled and my loft is pretty much wired so I now got the truck controlled through the computer and it can carry a few small items...just wondering what to do with it.
Brushing up on my foreign languages so that I can go travelling...and...I bought a monkey...jk
Now I can sleep so that I can get up bright and early and do some XC skiing. I believe that I may have accepted a bet about some sort of competition or something...I hope it's a tough race, cause if it ain't tough, it ain't worth doing
