Watching Synchronized Diving. It's very interesting but since this isn't the Olympics I'm a bit disappointed by how outta sync most pairs are. There's some excellent dives though and they're getting better.
This time of the year is very exciting for me. Last year we had the Winter Olympics, then World Cup, and then Tour de France (and then eco challenge). It was very exciting. This year there's the Tour de France and lots and lots of qualifying events for the Olympics. People think that it takes a year or a few months to get to the Olympics but it takes 4 years of qualifying. The best in the world get in with podium placements but others have to work their way through with lots of hard hard hard work. These are the people I watch for 4 years.
Dentist appointment in the afternoon...exciting
Watched as China started filling the 3 Gorges Dam Resevoir. Really hoped I coulda visited it before they'd done this...some of the worlds oldest cities are there.
