no anecdote but how about a fun fact? There is a medication used for menopausal women called Premarin. It consists of conjugated estrogen, so they will have less symptoms of menopause (night sweats, dry vag, etc...). Premarin stands for PREgnant MARes uRINe. It's isolated from a pregnant horse's pee.

Dude, I can't be away from my little Luke bear for long. I'm young I have to work on my international bingo card. So far I have Puerto Rico, Cuba, Italy and soon Spain. At most i'll be gone for a year then i'll come back. I'm coming back for a couple of weeks in Christmas with my sister and her bf. All of my family from Italy is coming too. It's gonna be awesome!

My sister came in from Spain tuesday and it has been awesome. Though I am all NYC-ed out. Love all the resturant choices up there but idk if I can keep eating like this. Idk how she does it. She's 5'3'' and weighs 105lbs and she can out eat any dude I know. Tomorrow i'm heading to Boston. Stoked!!!!
