It has been a while and now two blogs from me in two days!
I wasn't sure if this was 5 or 6 facts because I have seen both posted by different people. So here are 6 facts about me.
1. I have never travelled outside of the UK. I have travelled around the UK quite extensively mostly by train, but also by car.
2. I am quite a shy person until I get to know people. I am always afraid of approaching people I don’t know.
3. I suffer from “congenital hip dysplasia”. My left hip is not formed properly, which gives me a rather odd walk. I kind of rock from side to side. It still bugs me after all these years, and I hate catching my reflection in shop windows and mirrors.
4. I am railway enthusiast, more commonly referred to as a train spotter by most people in the UK. This led to me joining the railway when I left school way back in August 1985.
5. I very rarely drink alcohol these days. I think it is over two years since I last had an alcoholic drink, and I can honestly say that I don’t miss it.
6. I dabble with photography, but I am not that good. You need a good eye for a decent picture. All my digital images are "as taken" and not edited. I don’t have much experience with photo editing other than cropping and resizing. All my images prrior to going digital were mainly on 35mm film and I always went for prints rather than slides.
So there you have it, 6 random facts from me.
