I don't care ... I hate ... sounds heard each and every day and when someone says that around me, moi must ask how far that hate and lack of caring is rooted in that individuals life. When I was out doing my self-destructive thing .... I hated and I did not care about me or you. So today I practice kindness and charity .. that these things become a portion of my heart to be extended to each and all. Serenity Prayer
