They should! It isn't the first time the county sirens didn't go off when they were supposed to, and we KNOW it isnt equipment failure because they put up a bunch of new sirens after the old ones were destroyed a couple years back. They test them every Saturday at noon sharp as well to make sure they work, so it's human error.
