I got to get out and start living life more. I’ve been single for far to long, might be time to actually start looking for a girlfriend. Prospects look pretty bleak in my town considering I don’t drink and very rarely smoke weed. My lack of confidence doesn’t help my search either but that’s something I have to work on. I don’t know one day I’ll get it all figured out. Sorry to ramble but just needed to actually say it out loud.

Join some group activities. Martial arts, church groups, volunteer work, working out, yoga, etc. Get to know more people. Don't look specifically for a girlfriend, merely be open to the idea. If you are just out there looking for a girlfriend, you look desperate, and desperation isn't attractive.

@wizard0 I feel you, desperation is a stinky cologne. Maybe I’ll join the gym again at least get out and be around people. Obviously not be that guy who hits on women at the gym. I’m just more open with women I have no chance with, no chance meaning they are in a relationship. No fear of rejection I guess, I don’t know I just suck at making small talk.
