I have been slacking hard on working out. I need to get back into it like I used to, I just can't find the motivation. I used to work out religiously and I always felt great, I think it my be part of the reason I'm in this slump I've been in. I will say I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I got on the scale. I lost 20lbs, now I'm down to 255 which is only 30lbs from my goal weight. :)

Sad part is all my weights are at my house @dmaggot I wish I had someone that wanted to lift with me it would at least get me started again @satanachist I think the last time I seriously lifted was when I was getting my buddy in shape before he went to basic
