I was lucky there was a local video store called video biz. I never had to deal with blockbuster. They just recently shut the doors for good, Netflix killed them @colchicine

haha GOOD, and lucky you. i have Netflix but i still rent movies to support my local store. the employees are polite and helpful plus good prices and deals so they get decent business. blockbuster should have cared about having decent employees and reasonable prices, if they had i'm sure they would still be around. working customer service jobs myself i'm polite when i'm the customer and treat employees the way i want to be treated when the rolls are reversed, a lot of customers are horrible and make the job stressful so i pride myself on not being one of those jerks. but then..... when i get an employee who starts off being really rude to me for no reason, i am a horrible monster bitch. lol i bet that blockbuster kid cried when i left the store, my rant was very cruel and condescending. i had just worked all day having a bunch of customers unfairly treat me like garbage and all i wanted was to rent a movie as pleasantly, quickly, and hassle free as possible so i could go home and enjoy said movie. apparently that was too much to ask. burn in hell blockbuster, enjoy an eternity of never being relevant again!
